It is a popular fallacy that running can lose more calories than walking. Actually, the same calories and energy used up to finish the same distance, only the walking time is longer than running time to finish a certain distance.

We usually think we can't eat anything before we take exercises, but it not fit for anybody. People who take breakfast do sports must better than the hungry people. That is why we usually walking after dinner.
In our mind, has intensity exercise is better. In fact, do too much sports will have bad result. It is said that much more exercise is equivalent dangerous by expert. Specially like us who didn't do sport before, our body must have good rest and restore. To have three times successful exercise in a week, must better than do six times unsuccessful sports, and you won't get double gain. The gain will not get so obvious. At the same time, you will hurt yourself by too much exercise. What can you do then? The best way is enough and enough, no matter eating and exercising is the same.
Undeniable, some people do sports and have good effect. But some sub-health people must ask the doctor before they do sports. We should have right recognize on sports.
