The exposure is another important specification to note when buying cameras. The other thing to note is that there are manual and automatic digital camera models. Most digitals cameras are automatic models, meaning that the camera comes with pre-set functions. An automatic camera is ideal for beginners or recreational photographers who do not know much about camera functions. However, those who want to learn how to take professional photographs will be better off with manual cameras. The focus and flash modes of cameras are usually expressed as automatic and manual. This should not be confused with the overall functionality of the camera; manual cameras still come with both automatic and manual flash and focus options. Beginners are better off going with the automatic focus option, which automatically places the subject to be photographed in focus for a clear picture.
