The Cingular 3125 runs Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone edition and has the ClearVueSuite packed in as well that allows easy accessibility to word, PowerPoint, excel and PDF files for the young traveling executive. This function makes it a perfect accessory for those on the road although the clamshell doesn’t facilitate editing of the document. The easy accessibility without any unforeseen problems, however, is vital and is what most jet setters are on the look out for.

And just when you thought this phone was all about work, the 3125 has more surprises lined up. The brilliant sound system and software allow you to use Media Player 10 mobile and the 3125 supports MP3, WMA, AAC, and AMR-NB music files and MPEG-4, WMV, AVI and H.263 video formats.

If you’re looking to take home some memorable moments as you travel across the world, the 3125 offers a 1.3-megapixel camera with 2X zoom and video-recording capabilities. Though your first reaction on discovering the lack of flash may be disappointment, we suggest you get a look at the quality you get with the Night mode under the white balance settings and you’ll smile again. While this phone scores high on call quality, looks, functionality and stability of software, it does have one annoying little glitch. The design flaw that stands out the most is the presence of the Micro SD slot behind the sim card. This little issue is a bit disappointing as it defeats the objective of a removable storage media because of the time involved. The lack of Wi-fi also seems a bit disappointing especially in this day and age where every third phone in the market is equipped with it. But all-in-all this little sleek number will deliver because it boasts of top-end quality in terms of display, software and functionality and at its price it’s surely a good buy!
