I would certainly recommend purchasing a HDTV, so you can enjoy your show in the best quality possible. Comcast Cable offers a great lineup of digital and High Definition channels.

Being addicted is a horrible situation. It takes over your mind and purpose,Damages - The Show You'll Love! Articles the more you have the more you want. Damages, which has won star Glen Close both an Emmy and Golden Globe, shows this truth in a brutal light. Close is not the only one on Damages so honored. Many of the actors, creators, and writers on Damages have been recognized for their outstanding work.

Glenn Close stars as Patty Hewes, a high stakes litigator with the law firm Hewes and Associates. She, again, is the person you love to hate, a part she portrays so well. Along comes Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) who is a bright-eyed young graduate, sought after by other firms, but wants to work with Patty Hewes. They have very different personalities, and neither likes being told what to do. The characters constantly evolve and the performances by the actors are great.

The show has a dizzying array of flashbacks, forwards, and events happening now. Each moment is often an important piece of the plot so it is not a show you can miss without losing something. You have to stay on your toes to follow the zigzags all along the way. You need to keep your eyes peeled at all times. Take for example the moment in the shows beginning episode when Ray Fiske examines the collar worn by Saffron. What might appear to be an extra in the background could very well turn out to be a character later in the show or series. Also, be ready to lose at least one of your favorite characters. In the series you never know who will come back for the next episode. The initial season is thirteen episodes although it is unlikely that all characters will return for a second unless it is via a flashback.

Is my addiction going to be prolonged? Can the writers keep coming up with such great material? Could there be enough plot surprises to sustain any more seasons? Wishing is all we can do! TV will lose one of the best series to debut on the small screen in years if the writers and producers can match the quality of the first season in the second.

Watching Damages in HD has really helped me enjoy this show even more. Comcaset provides both High Speed Internet service and Digital Voice to its customers as well. This service is much faster than my old one and I can look up my favorite shows while downloading all I want at lightning fast speed. Plus, with Comcast Digital Voice I can make crystal clear calls nationwide with out paying long distance charges. By taking advantage of the Comcast HD Triple Play bundle I pay one monthly flat rate for all three great services. I located the best promotion on the Internet. If you need HD digital cable, fast broadband High Speed Internet, or flat-rate Digital Voice service I can't suggest Comcast more highly.
