DirecTV offers what is considered by many to be the greatest customer service out of all television providers, satellite or cable.   With DirecTV’s customer service you have the option of calling a customer support hotline or using their customer service and help option on the web.  In fact, DirecTV’s customer service hotline is available all day every day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week!  One problem many people have faced in the past or present, with other companies ,with customer service  is that the customer service representatives rarely know very much about their supposed field of expertise.  As a matter of fact, many people have had trouble with their cable or satellite television service and have been appalled at how poorly mannered and frustratingly incompetent and ignorant the customer support representatives of that company have been. 

When you are in that situation, there is not a whole lot that you can do.  If your equipment malfunctions or breaks down, it is impossible for the viewer to figure out what is wrong on their own.  You need to be able to speak to someone who knows what to do and who is preferably a pleasant person to deal with.  With DirecTV’s customer support hotline, you will be pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable each of their representatives are.  DirecTV takes pride in their service and is sure that all of their customer service employees do as well.
