Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, clubs, cinemas and shops, here you can hear the authentic dutch music, and in summer you can also enjoy performances by street musicians or juggles while you drink your coffee. Attention draws also the famous Red-Light district - spirit of the city, being 700 years old from the when the city became a commercial port. The Canals of Amsterdam are place you should not miss. Boat Trip is a nice and relaxing during the day and charming and romantic at night when the channels are illuminated and alive. The trip to Amsterdam would not be complete without visiting the windmills. There are 8 in the heart of the city, but only two of them can be seen and inside.
