This was closely followed by three-star hotels at 90.8% and four-star hotels at 84.7%. The forecast for the latter half of October remains optimistic, with an anticipated occupancy rate of 78%.
Gema Amor, the Director General of the Costa Blanca Tourist Board, expressed satisfaction with Benidorm's hotel occupancy figures. She emphasized that while the summer season has been beneficial for the destination, there is also a concerted effort to enhance the appeal during the mid and low seasons.
