Boutique Hotels London United Kingdom

Boutique hotels are designer hotels which are much more intimate than the luxury hotels for a better luxury experience of the guests.

Luxury takes extreme steps or one step ahead of luxury as we know it when we enter the realm of boutique hotels. Boutique hotels are made with the assumption that luxury increases manifold when it is private and when it is restricted to a small number of people; because quality is most of the times ensured only when a product is shared with a small number of people.

Boutique hotels as a type of hotel are famous only in the most popular and fashionable cities in the world and the word has been popularised by being used there. These cities are San Francisco in America and London in the UK. These hotels are for the people who think that the good things in life are defined sometimes, probably most of the times by their indulgence factor.

These hotels are custom designed and thus follow a single theme in the hotel so that you feel that you are part of a larger whole. They are designed to make the guests feel at one with the hotel and to feel that they are not part of an alien structure but of unified one. The rooms are few and they are designed to house only 50-60 guests at one time. There is a high level of personalised service because of the lesser number of guests and of course because of the structure of the hotel itself.

Boutique hotels were basically developed as a concept by small proprietors who wanted to give personal service to their guests and also because they couldn’t handle a large population of guests in the hotel (because they were not equipped enough to do so). This concept however picked on because of the personal touch that these hotels provided, so much so that boutique hotels became more popular than the chain hotels which offer a lot of homogeneity to their guests and thus can be boring. Chain hotels look the same every where and do not have the cultural nuances of the kinds the boutique hotels have, which gives the guests the feeling that the place was exclusively designed for them.

Now with the popularity of these boutique hotels which were more an experiment than any business idea, big hotel chains have also started working on the idea of boutique hotels. Most of them have come up with designer boutique hotels in various famous cities in the world such as London and this has greatly been a successful idea.

London boutique hotels are a unique blend of design and local London culture. By local I don’t mean folk culture of London (even that is there as well, but not pre dominantly so)Free Articles, by local I mean culture that is inherent to London and make it the wonderful city that it is. The hotels follow a single theme and cater to small number of people. They have all kinds of facilities and amenities for their guests and the small size just means greater accessibility and not lack of any facilities that you will find in any other luxury hotel.
