Walking Trails

You are spoilt for choice in terms of walking trails in the surrounding area, but these are my personal favourites that are perfect for either a gentle stroll or serious hike.

- Wine route - Obviously the wine route tops the list! Beginning at the hotel and finishing at a wine cellar around two hours later, you will see many wonderful sights along the way and have worked up quite a thirst once you arrive at your destination.

- Lunar Landscape route - This will take you around half a day to complete, but I think that it is completely worth the effort as you work your way through the truly stunning landscape found here.

• The Teide routes - The magnificent Teide National Park is around 15 miles from the Spa and there are dozens of walks here for all levels of fitness, all of which are highly recommended.

Health & Wellness

When you get back to the hotel after a long day of exploring Tenerife’s beauty, you will want to kick back and relax.
