There is a minimum age requirement of 8 years in order to participate in these activities.  It is best if you can leave your apartments early right after breakfast as the activities start at 9:30 a.m. The centre will provide the equipment but you need to be dressed appropriately for this activity. You can do coasteering which involves jumping, running, swimming and more until noon.  Then the centre will provide you with a delicious lunch after which you can go mountain biking.  You will spend about 6 hours for this activity, so be prepared for a whole day of fun. Again, these activities are dependent on the weather condition.  The fee for this activity is £220 for a group of 4 and £270 for a group of 5. It is best to make advance reservations.
