Only a few guavaberry trees can now be found here. 146-yard par-3 13th is the signature hole of the Guavaberry Country Club golf course. This hole will definitely remind the player of a limestone quarry from old times. The set-up takes a complete look with 2 greens and a waterfall. 155-yard par-3 15th will make you pinpoint your stroke to a green island which is surrounded by a pond of 3-acres and sand. The round comes to an end with the monster – a 446-yard par-4. It is considered as one among Caribbean's most challenging holes. Hit right through the middle and make sure that you avoid the coral rocks which lay on the right. According to the geologists, it was 200,000 years ago when these rocks were pushed up from ocean floor. On the right side of the rock bed is the green and 2 large bunkers are there in the pile of rocks which are meant for catching the roving shots! There are different kinds of memberships offered by the Guavaberry Golf and Country Club for the non-residents as well as the villa homeowners. Membership begins at $4,000.
