Is a Disney Vacation Calling You?
Now is the time to visit a Disney theme park, or even take a Disney
cruse. Prices have dropped and there is no excuse not to make your
plans now. When researching a Disney adventure, the prospective
vacationer will be struck by the number of different sites trying to
get their hard earned dollar.
A decision to purchase a Disney package would be the best starting point in the planning process. Flight, hotel, tickets and ground transportation all in one. Consider it seamless, and much easier than planning your Disney vacation one step at a time. Most packages will have "fun extras" you would not receive in planning each stage of your trip separately.
Second, decide whether you will be driving or will fly. Many packages will have heavily discounted hotel and airfare which might enter into your decision. If you decide to fly, it is suggested to get a non-stop flight if possible. Think about this scenario. Your flight is delayed and you miss the connecting flight. Your luggage is lost, your wife is mad, and your children are crying. Get my drift. If possible, be sure to check package prices from at least two airports. Prices often vary depending on the airport.
Once the transportation decision has been made you will want to consider a hotel. Packages vary greatly in price. Do you want a four star motel or will another do? Do you want to stay in the theme park or close by? Does the package include transportation to and from the park? Does the package include admission the the park? And, if you fly, will the hotel pick you up at the airport?
Some suggestions of sites to check packages are: www.priceline.com, www.orbitz.com, and of course www.disney.com. The Disney site has many special offers that you will certainly want to keep in mind.
With these tips and the above websites, you should be able to research, plan and purchase a Disney package for a vacation the whole family will remember for many years to come.
