Some Iconic Destinations for Photography-Loving Travelers

This world is full of fascinations, which are compelling enough to capture in reel. If you’re a traveler who loves photography too, this article brings you a list incorporating some of world’s most photogenic destinations.

Travelling gives us unlimited memories to share with others! Some recall the ecstasy of dining & shopping they underwent, while others cherish remembering the funs & delights they availed while touring. But there is one thing that everyone loves to share – the photography of the iconic places. There is an inevitable fact that if you love travelling you have been loving photography too. Photography is not just a rewarding experience of collecting some trophy pictures but it is also an opportunity to understand both ourselves and the world.

Some places around the world are so fascinating that they attract photographers magnetically. They have a unique appeal, and photographers find it hard not to capture them in reel. Here is a list of some iconic photogenic places around the globe. Though the list is not endorsed by any reputable agency, I’m pretty sure that someone who visits any of these destinations would have a lifetime experience.

Venice, Italy
This is my favorite travel destination around the globe. It is graceful, quaint and constantly enchanting! Every nook and cranny of this city, which is built on water, offers unsurpassable appeal. Take a look of it in Oscar awarded Hollywood movie ‘The Tourist’ and you’ll easily comprehend the essence behind a quote which goes as “See Venice and Die”. Wondrous confluxes of water and land, heart-pandering ancient structures and ravishing museums in the city are worth capturing in camera. Shooting/photography at Gondolas on the Grand Canal is a remarkable experience.

Taj Mahal, India
The symbol of love (perhaps,) Taj Mahal is built on scenic River Yamuna. Its eye-catching architectural beauty, grand historical importance and magnetizing charisma give it an iconic status of being one of the Seven Wonders of World. It is situated in a small city of Agra, and exemplifies the rich Mughal arts & cultures. Thousands of people visit this historical building every day, and capture its gravity and azure in their cameras. There is a small beautiful pool and eye-soothing greenery in front of the main structure, creating a perfect photogenic view. You would surely love to share the tales of this monument after returning back to home.

The Serengeti, Tanzania
Once you’re here, it doesn’t take time to understand why wild beauty of nature is the most alluring component for human being. For those of you interested in wildlife photography, this place is simply a heaven. Spot rare species of animals, birds and reptiles, capture some heart-throbbing jungle scenes of kindness and mercy or enjoy unexplored tribe cultures & lifestyle – the Serengeti is totally unforgettable excursion for travelers and obviously for photographers. Breathtaking scenery will welcome you at every step. You better plan your trip through a reliable tour agent if you’re going there first time.

Andaman Islands
Away from the glare & limelight, this isolated territory is amazingly beautiful. Here, you may come face to face with cruelest history of India, most fascinating vistas and an oldest civilization on the earth. From beaches to backwaters and rolling hills to untainted islands, Andaman boasts almost all facets of nature, which beguile, delight and enthrall the visitors. The Havelock Island, Neil Island and Port Blair Harbor are the most photogenic spots at Andaman.
