Benefits of the timeshare for the individual include having a luxurious vacation with family and friends. He can also give this right to use of the hotel and resort to another individual as a gift. Other than this, if the owner cannot use his share because of a very hectic schedule, he may opt to sell this to another individual who is also interested in the said business. This as a whole makes the business flexible both to the owner and the property. This is the reason why the system of timesharing is now being adopted by many hoteliers and groups of hotel owners.
