Yoga Marbella

This studio - owned and run by Petra, an American teacher certified in Hatha and Raja Yoga - is small but ultimately personal. Here Petra runs classes that combine creating energy with graceful movements and powerful breathing. Having come on a very personal journey with yoga, Petra creates programmes to suit the individual and aims for everyone to achieve more alignment in their physical body, heart and soul.

Classes here consist of Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow and Yin Yoga, all of which are run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There is usually just one class a day from 1pm-2.15pm, but on Wednesday there are two classes from 11am-12.15pm and from 7-8.15pm. Petra also offers workshops and retreats.

Kirsty’s Yoga

Kirtsy runs her small yoga business from three different studios, all of which are well lit, airy and spacious. Classes are run on a group or individual basis with the emphasis on a non-judgemental environment. Kirsty has been teaching yoga for many years and has been practicing for a good deal longer - and her passion certainly shows.

Enjoy Hatha Flow on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.45am and Thursdays at 7pm at El Campanario Golf Resort (behind Diana Park, Estepona). Hatha Yoga Flow and Meditation is on Wednesdays at 7pm at Patty Pans Paradise, El Padrón, Estepona (opposite Laguna Beach), and on Sundays at 11.30 am at Casares Fitness Gimnasio, Casares Golf Resort, (below the Brasserie).
