  1. Users easily judge designs and care about usability and friendliness. 
  2. User Interfaces or UIs should be enjoyable, satisfying and frustration-free.
  3. UIs should express brand values and enhance the trust of users. When you come to think about it from a user's point of view, the above layman's interpretation is not entirely accurate. If any one of the UI or UX is bad, an inferior product is sensed by the consumer. That implies, both UI and UX individually need to be more than just fine. It's only when one of the two fits perfectly together and the product becomes absolutely great for the company as well as for the customer.
