I know this might sound odd,Diagnosis of Ovarian Cysts – 3 Natural Treatments thru Stress Relief Articles but ovarian cysts are a pretty common occurrence that takes place in many females’ lives.  It is a commonplace gynecological problem. Although it can be hard to diagnose because the symptoms can come and go.

Many women will feel pain in the abdomen and have irregular menstruation and a bloated feeling.  Many of these symptoms may seem like a part of everyday life.  Many women will describe a persisting pain and have a dull ache in there abdomen and lower back that does not go away, this is generally when they will pay a visit to the doctor.

There’s a three step process to diagnosing ovarian cysts.

Pelvic Exam

A procedure used by doctors to find signs of organs in the women body.  Including the vulva, ovaries, bladder, rectum, cervix, fallopian tubes and the uterus.  If the doctor thinks a cyst is present he will order a pelvic ultrasound.

Pelvic Ultrasound

This is a common procedure that is generally painless where waves of sounds are transmitted in the pelvic area and a picture of the ovaries and uterus are shown in video.  Here the doctor can generally determine the type and size of the cyst.

Laparoscopy

Done in surgery.  When the doctor wants to see and observe the cyst.  A small telescope is used is inserted thru an incision in the abdominal area.  Here the doctor may treat the cyst as well.

There can be many factors that come into play with regards to ovarian cysts.  But what I have found to be a big culprit is the nasty five letter word stress.  The best way a person can conquer this is thru proper management.

Positive Affirmations

This is a great way to start beating stress.  Say something like ‘nothing is able to come into my body without my permission’ or ‘I will control my life and everything about it’ I know these sound corny but they do work!

Yoga

A phenomenal stress reliever is Yoga.  Yoga forces you to discipline your body by breathing and holding poses, what this does is allow you to breathe in stressful situations, which in turn leads to a speedy stress relief and a more fulfilling disease free life.

Take Time for Yourself

Take a nice walk in nature.  Really and I mean really pay attention to what you are doing.  My mentor once told me to ‘live in the present’.  Pour a cup of herbal tea and put a heating pad on your abdominal area to reduce some of the inflammation.

Ovarian cysts can be painful and downright annoying.  I recommend a healthy lifestyle, meditation and being stress free.  Remember is the pain is persisting; please see your doctor to get diagnoses so you can immediately start natural treatment.
