3.    Sleep

Make sure you have lots of cushions and pillows to hand, so that when you find a comfortable position, they will help support your back. Having a nice warm drink like hot chocolate, perhaps, can also help.

When you’re pregnant, you’ve got so many things to think and worry about, that you need time to relax and unwind. The best way to do this is to treat yourself to something that will do just that, like a spa treatment : a facial, a foot massage or maybe just a lovely long soak in the bathtub.
