First of all, whether on business trip or not, I have to prepare a set of skin care product using in place I usually stay, this is the most basic equipment. For example, a lot of friends around me take half the time of the year flying in various places, but their regular living place is equipped with a set of skin care products which adapt to the local climate and environment, and their skin. It is the key to achieve perfect skin, never upside down to use skin care products suitable for business trip to replace the one suitable for place of usual residence. 

In solving the basic problem, I would like to share some tips with you.

The most frequent problems during business trip are dry and remote acclimatized, in the same time, the unsuitable may cause allergy problem. Therefore, I always supply enough water for my skin, and carry some skin care products with blue chamomile, calendula, aloe ingredients which have calming and anti- Allergic function. 

Tip three: Take a shower can make me relax mostly Appropriate bubble bath can help me relieve pressure and balance hormones; while relieving stress, thinking about some problem quietly in the bath is also a good way to enjoy life.

Tip four: Appropriate massage is a good way Proper massage is a good choice for soothing relief, especially now that some of the star hotels provide SPA services.
