Solarjo Solar Handbag, Green Handbag, Solarjo Handbag, Environmental Handbag I am never suspicious of the jeopardy our earth is facing but it is hard for me to cut down my shower time to save energy as those hard-core environmentalists. Anyway, my eyes always stick to fashion. Climate change? Ok, I will be absolutely into it only when it comes to something like the Solarjo Solar Handbag.
I am never suspicious of the jeopardy our earth is facing but it is hard for me to cut down my shower time to save energy as those hard-core environmentalists. Anyway, my eyes always stick to fashion. Climate change? Ok, I will be absolutely into it only when it comes to something like the Solarjo Solar Handbag.
Actually it is not the first solar powered bags. We have spotted backpack and briefcase before. But I believe the reason this bag became one night sensation is the relatively fashionable and feminine design. As its predecessors, the Solarjo solar handbag charges as you walk in the sun and it can be plugged with cell phone, MP3 players or any other gadgets charging via USB port. I love this. At least I won’t have to take a bunch of chargers and wires in my already cramming handbags. However I still doubt about its charging efficiency. Who wants to be exposed in the sunshine for hours waiting for the crawling electricity gauge on cell phone?
In terms of function, Solarjo Solar Handbag still deserved to be expected. But I still hate the design. The bag was devised by Joe Hynek, a student in fashion and technology at Iowa State University. I am sure he must have stuck into the inevitable paradox between functionality and fashion. Some mindless supporters are boasting about its metallic style and believing it follows the high-fashion trend. I’m speechless for these comments. But wiping out the ecologically-friendly trait, the most possible ending for this bag is accompanying with dusts and cobwebs in the deep corner of show window.
Nowadays, everybody can’t wait to jump into the bandwagon of Green gadgets. The retail price of this bag is 300USD, not enough to show status of those celebrities. But we can imagine some of them will carry the bag in public. Whatever, It’s their job to catch up with anything looks popular. To be honest, I really hope major luxury brands will launch their green handbags collection in the near future. Who don’t want to witness the perfect combination of art and science?

Do you know Topanga? It is an unincorporated area in western Los Angeles County, US. The district is bounded on three sides by park or conservancy lands. It is not easy to find such a livable place nowadays as it is not easy to see such a fresh Juicy Couture Small Topanga Nylon Tote. As you may have noticed, this bag highlights the puffer coat inspiration. Another cheering point is that this designer purse comes in dried sage green.Louis Vuitton L’ingénieux PM
Inspired by the retro-chic shapes of classic bags, Louis Vuitton L’ingénieux PM combines a modern sensibility with “couture” finishes. Tame appearance exudes immense luxury from its petite silhouette, and simple color cannot cover its inherent elegance. In a word, this Louis Vuitton bag omits the funky dazzling design and returns the original essence that the top luxury branding always works for.
