Hi girls! And this time, Hi! To all teenage makeup freaks. I remember there was a time when it used to be quite hard to differentiate the sex of a person,Think Pink Articles as all the girls would have boy-cut hair and girls in their teens, bushy eyebrows and hairy upper lips. All the stylish ones wore colorful clips with a side parting or a middle parting. Oh, good! Lord! I can’t help laughing just describing this and trust me there is a picture in my mind of this girl living next door. She was the most fashionable babe in the block and I can still remember that she used to wear this plastic pink lip shade and the same lipstick on her cheeks and all the guys used to comment: ‘Oh she must be a fast girl, since she wears makeup and a matching clip.’ I just keep laughing when I think about it. Anyway, I’m glad we are out of that phase now, and these days girls in their teens are more aware of all this fashion and makeup stuff than anyone else. I think it’s good to wear makeup and take care of ourselves at any age but overdoing something was never accepted at anytime. We should enjoy every stage of our lives, as we have to grow up and become older, but it’s good if we go with the flow and enjoy each stage of our life rather than just rush into the next stage. Girls, I know looking sassy and up-to-date is what you all want but overdoing it can work the other way round. It’s not about doing something for the heck of it; I think one should ‘DO IT RIGHT’. I want all of you teeny boppers to wear makeup, but be sure to create the right look and the right image according to your age. Let’s start with the base. First of all it’s not needed and if you really want to have it, then it’s better to go for a tinted moisturizer rather than a proper foundation base and girls with oily skins can fix it up with a translucent face powder. I say a ‘BIG NO’ to dark and harsh lip shades, as I think a simple color or maybe tinted gloss should do. And for God sake, no gothic look for your eyes that incorporates a lot of kajol and eye liners, as it gives a very harsh look, so go for a soft pink eyeshade and make your day or you can even use mascara with or without having anything on your eyelid.

First of all Pink color is girly, thus it gives a very soft and fresh look. I think no one can look bad with soft pinks as it is such a safe color when it comes to makeup. It’s wise not to contour your cheeks with a blusher but you can always apply a rose pink blusher on the apple of your cheeks again to create a soft innocent look WALLAH we have successfully created a fresh Barbie Doll look for an innocent you. Oh! How can I forget about hairdos! Don’t worry; I won’t be harsh on you as I know you are all crazy about ironing your tresses. Irons and curlers are accepted. I know some of you will be happy to learn how to create a teenage look. On the other hand, I am sure some will say ‘whatever. However I can’t help sharing my feelings with you and helping you out. Wish you all a lovely teenage, as it this time is just there for a short period.
