Useful tips to deter bacterial vaginosis

mediaimage
Half the women in the world have the bacterial vaginosis vaginal infection at least once. Despite this the condition is not widely known and often misunderstood by the medical profession.

BV is created by an excess of harmful bacteria in the vagina.

The signs and symptoms are * Excessive grey or white vaginal discharge . * Unpleasant vaginal odour,Vaginal Infection - How To Avoid It Articles most noticeable after sex. * Itching and irritation around the vagina. * Burning sensation during urination.

There is a cure. Doctors don't have it. They use antibiotics which only stop it for a while. It usually returns and so they just keep increasing the antibiotics. The real cure is a natural one which I reveal on my website.

Meanwhile to help prevent you getting bacterial vaginosis, I suggest the following:

* Do not douche * Keep the vaginal area dry and clean. Wash with clean water and dry thoroughly before and after sex. * Avoid tight fitting jeans. Wear panties that fit well and are made of breathable cotton. The material should be able to absorb moisture and allow air to circulate. Nylon underwear and tights are not good news.. * Wear loose fitting trousers and try to avoid wearing nylon pants and tights under tight trousers, especially at night. If possible, especially at night, wear no panties at all. * Always wipe from front to back after bowel movements. * Avoid scented toilet paper, deodorant tampons and other perfumed hygiene products. * Change tampons or pads frequently. * Reduce excess weight- it makes itching worse. * Avoid using washing powder with harsh chemicals which can seriously irritate your vagina * Don't use vaginal deodorants as they can irritate the mucous membranes. They can make your vagina dry and itchy and can cause allergic reaction. * Boost your immunity with healthy foods rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C and E, zinc and selenium.

A Shift in Dietary Perspectives: Embracing Vegetarianism

When my wife embraced vegetarianism, it sparked a profound transformation in our household's approach to food. No longer was meat the centerpiece of our meals; instead, we began to explore the rich diversity of plant-based cuisine. This change didn't occur in isolation—it was the culmination of years of ethical deliberation and a deepening bond with our animal companions that made us question the morality of consuming meat. As we've become more attuned to the lives of animals, the idea of eating what we now see as 'dead bodies' has become increasingly dissonant with our values. Moreover, the quality of meat has come under scrutiny, with concerns about the welfare of farmed animals and the additives used in meat production. As I find myself gravitating towards a diet rich in vegetables and fruits, I've noticed a gap in the culinary world: the need for more creative and delicious vegetarian options in restaurants. It's time for a culinary revolution that embraces a less meat-centric approach and caters to the growing number of vegetarians seeking satisfying dining experiences.
