He says that yet the culprit in the case of babri masjid is still not convicted but Tiger Memon and his family has been convicted, but the demolition took place first and bomb blast was after. He also called ‘Hindustan’ to do the justice with the muslims of India, if it thinks about their rights and want them to live in peace. There have been many parties and committees organized but still Muslims have not got justice. The promotion of people in our country takes place only as per to reservation like SC/ST. But Islamic people are not getting any kind of reservations.There were still more comments given by him during this speech and for these controversial statements, Karuna Sagar, BJP city authorized cell convenor for Hyderabad has filed a case against him invoking section 295a and 298 of the Indian Penal Code.
