Post Rice Lofts

This loft community is located in the heart of downtown and was formerly a hotel. The only negative of the property are the windows. Most renters look for loft properties with large bay windows. Since this property was once an older hotel, the windows will be much smaller and if you enjoy lots of light, this may not foot the bill. However, below these lofts lie many forms of entertainment including restaurants and an exciting night scene. The Metro Light Rail is within walking distance and offers a great variable to normal transportation.


These are just three of the lofts for rent in the Houston area. There are some other lofts that are newer and have much more availability. However, these three loft properties all have great locations and are usually in high demand.
