Lease Apartments or Lofts in Downtown Houston Tocay

downtown Houston has become a very exciting place to call home. Move to the downtown area of Houston today. There are many exciting lofts to choose from.

The Downtown area in Houston has increased in popularity across the board regarding residences, hotels, sporting venues, restaurants, anything that once can think of that will add value and entertainment to a downtown area.

More specifically individuals who would not have thought about living in downtown Houston apartments or lofts, are now not only wanting to call this central area of the city home, there are now even waiting lists for many of the more popular loft properties in the area. Here are a few of the rental properties in the area. We have included a brief synopsis of each as well as some important details regarding each one.

Humble Tower

The reason that there is a waiting list for this property is simple. Humble Tower only has a total of 82 units on the entire premises. They come in three different sizes including studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes. All apartment homes have full size washer and dryers in the apartment homes. The highlights of this community are the wood flooring and rooftop pool. Relaxing in a high rise pool in the downtown area is something very unique that most renters never get to experience.

Dakota Lofts

This is another smaller loft community on the north side of Downtown.  Constructed in 1993 and containing only 53 apartment homes, pricing at Dakota Lofts in very competitive. If you want true loft style living with wood floors, high ceilings, and a quiet downtown location, look no further.

Post Rice Lofts

This loft community is located in the heart of downtown and was formerly a hotel. The only negative of the property are the windows. Most renters look for loft properties with large bay windows. Since this property was once an older hotel, the windows will be much smaller and if you enjoy lots of light, this may not foot the bill. However, below these lofts lie many forms of entertainment including restaurants and an exciting night scene. The Metro Light Rail is within walking distance and offers a great variable to normal transportation.

These are just three of the lofts for rent in the Houston area. There are some other lofts that are newer and have much more availability. HoweverBusiness Management Articles, these three loft properties all have great locations and are usually in high demand.
