Things to Keep in Mind in Order to Write an Effective Thesis

Institutions provide dissertation work to their students to check their research capabilities and their ability of understanding the subject. Selection of the topic is the initial step when it comes to the PhD thesis. It builds confidence in the student if the topic is selected in the first attempt. But many of the students find themselves confused regarding the topic selection, which area to choose and why, what are the key points that have to be kept in mind while choosing the topic and many more. In institutions, the higher members prepare a big list of topics and among those topics students have to choose one. Once you have chosen the topic for your thesis, then it is time to do some research. You will have to do extensive research on similar topics and read the research papers that can form the base of your research. • Uniqueness- Make sure you don't copy from the already done research. There is always an add-on to the work done before. The work should never be copied because if it is caught, then your research will straight away be rejected. If there is some uniqueness in your research, then your topic will be accepted plus you will face no difficulties while publishing your research paper.
• Efficiency- You must be well-versed with the resources and the skill required for completing the research because if any of the factors is missing, completing project will be difficult.
• Take care of Context- The context used for the thesis should be new. Already done work is of no importance. The importance is of new product, which is quite interesting to measure the successful rate.
• Idea Generation- A new idea is always welcomed. At the initial stages, you are overloaded with hundreds of ideas but as the work will proceed, you will be limited with ideas and it will be difficult what idea to be considered.
• Testing- It is important to test what you do, so as to check your work is producing the required results or not. The results depend upon the given input and the mechanism applied.
• Refinement- don't forget to refine your results, it means what specific results are required to complete the thesis.
