Don't Let Your Store Get Ignored

If you are the proud owner of a small independent clothing boutique, you must be fed up with those mall stores. All the slick ads with the anorexic teenagers in sexy poses, is not cool. It is eye-catching though. Maybe that is the trick. Catch the eye of those roving bands of shoppers with their pockets and purses stuffed with money. Whatever it is, you too can try your hand at the game. Get your small store on the map and get noticed. You have better products in your store. You use independents designers and you have hand made items that are less costly than some mass produced ones. You need to let people know how fabulous your place is.

Ask yourself if you really think that your store looks as good and as attractive as it should. If there could be some improvements then do that before any thing else. If you want to attract new people then you have to have a clean uncluttered exterior and a decent sign. When you do everything yourself you sometimes don't notice that things need to be spruced up. The exterior of your store needs to be attractive.

If you are totally satisfied with your stores appearance, next you need to get some logo and name shirts. Mall stores all sell promotional shirts. They get the money from the sale and the advertising when other people see their shirt around. You have to jump on board with this too. It is an east task. You have a name and a logo, all you need to do is have that put on a shirt. You will find companies that make promotional items. T-shirts are only one of their products. they will make the process easy for you.

If you just don't know how to get your shirts worn in public by gorgeous people then you can pay for that. Local models are usually dying for work. They don't cost much either. You can even take some photos of them while they are walking through various crowded locations. They will dress and behave how you request, so if you want 3 inch heels and designer jeans they will wear it. A few hours walking through the mall or other fancier shopping districts will get you some attention because people notice pretty folks.

The big corporate stores are not the only ones that can have their logo on cool stuff. You can put your on any number of things. Ball caps are very popular and are cool for working out. There are sweatshirts that will be loved in winter. You can even get some promotional school supplies for the back to school rush. Pencils and nice zipper notebooks are big and will get your logo noticed around school.
