All problems have more than one solution to fixing them and illness; financial debt, grieving and a loveless life are no different for they can all be cured by the process of spiritual healing. This healing is not an alternative to the secular forms of healing such as going to a doctor, psychiatrist or massage therapist but it can be used as a supplement to them. It has to do with harmonizing the human spirit by introducing it to prayer and giving it positive affirmations so that it can heal and help the individual live their life fully.

Spiritual healing involves praying, having strong faith and trusting in God. Energy is directed towards the unbalanced person by touching or mediating. If the person has physical sickness, he is instantly treated in addition to using the services of a doctor. Also, diseases of the mind can also use it as positive words are uttered by the sick individual and slowly but surely, the words lift him up and he becomes well. Spiritual healing gives one peace of mind since they have submitted all their worries and concerns to a higher power. After being treated spiritually, a person develops self-confidence as they know God created them and thus will provide for them. They are able to give and receive unconditional love as they have eradicated the negative energy inside and have no reason to hate anyone.

Negativity, poor choice of food and associating with individuals who lower one’s vibration can lead to an unhappy lifestyle. Still, spiritual healing cannot be forced on someone, the individual has to be willing and ready to accept the healing if it’s going to work. It reconciles the sick individual to the omnipresence, omnibenevolent nature of God, a life where one can live a sorrow free life knowing that a supreme being carries all of our pain and suffering while here on earth. 

This method is slowly being accepted as a sure way of healing as it has shown positive results on very sick individuals. Initially, doctors did not believe that it works but after careful examination of past patients who used spiritual healing where previous treatment didn’t work, they have realized it works. These doctors prescribe medicines, rest and advice on praying daily to God to cure the disease. Our bodies are full of energy, vibrate with power and for this reason, laying hands on a sick person and chanting positive words can heal them.

It must be understood that this alternative can change lives for the better. It can help a terminally ill patient to accept their ultimate demise and prepare them to meet God. It can prepare one to accept what is happening to them and also console the bereaved family since the deceased is with God in the next life.
