Medium Low Down

Mediums are all psychics but not all psychics are mediums. In the words of the immortal child, mediums speak to dead people.  I would hasten to say that spirits do not wish to be called dead people and should not be regarded as such. Spirits are the people who have passed into the next world and come back to connect to their loved ones to assure them that they are still there and watching over their beloved folk.

When you are going to visit a psychic medium with the intention of receiving a reading, it is an excellent idea to research your family for relatives as well as friends who have passed on. This way, when a name that might be a little obscure in your history, comes up in the reading, you will be able to connect. It never ceases to amaze me at the relatives that have passed on who try to come through for someone, only to be denied the opportunity, owing to the fact that person really only came to connect to one person in their lives. Remember that many of your family and friends would dearly love to assure you that life does indeed go on. Many of your memories of things that happened during their life times could be raised in your psychic medium ship reading. All these reminiscences are a way of confirming that your psychic medium is indeed connecting and is accurate in her reading for you. I recall, having a reading in one of my teaching sessions, where the young lady doing the reading was extremely puzzled as she kept receiving an indication of who the spirit was by showing her a rubber tree. As you can understand, spirit does have a sense of humor, and the reading is for you to understand, not for the medium to interpret on your behalf. If she had tried to interpret rather than telling me what she saw, she would have got it hopelessly wrong.  This is something a good medium does. She or he passes on exactly what they see, hear or smell. It is up to you to understand and if you see fit at the end of the session, share with the medium. Do not start sharing in the middle of the psychic medium ship reading. This needs to be done once it is over. I stress this as if you start in the middle of a session you will break the mediums concentration and could well break the link.

One the session is over you can explain if you wish. I personally would only share the fact that it was relevant and made me understand who the person was. It can help the psychic medium in part if you explain a symbol that meant something to you but which she didn’t understand. Often spirit starts bringing through new symbols to a psychic or medium as an enrichment of the connections. By explaining what it meant to you, it could help her interpret in the future.
