When selecting a repair location it is best to look for a facility that boasts numerous years of operation within the community, the words License & Certified are proudly on display, and rates for labor and parts openly advertised in the ad, on the Internet or in the Yellow pages, as well as on the wall in the place of operation. Before the vehicle is released to the technician behind the counter, request the car be evaluated and an explanation of ALL necessary repairs, costs, warranties and guarantees be clearly discussed in advance of any work order being written up. Any limitations or exclusions on the “Lifetime Guarantee” should be explained clearly and up front.
