Hyundai i30 is a forthcoming hatchback of Hyundai India. It will fall in the ‘C’ Sector. The company is hoping it to be a great hit like its i10 and i20. It is already running in several countries like Australia, US and other countries. It has got a huge success in Australia and already won several awards like Car of the Year and Green Car of the Year 2007. The Company’ Chennai Plant will manufacture its engines in Domestic market.  It will compete with Maruti Swift, Volkswagen Polo, Chevrolet Beat and upcoming models like Maruti Cervo and Honda Brio.

It will come in both petrol and diesel versions. It will be powered by 1397cc, Cylinder DOHC, Engine with the 5 Speed Manual Transmissions gearbox. It can be able to churn out the topmost power of 107.5bhp at 6200 rpm and peak torque of 247 Nm at 137.2 Nm at 5000 rpm. 

The exterior look of the car carries the pride of Hyundai India. The front view will ignite your heart with smartly designed arching roof line. The xenon head and fog lamps with headlamp washer look sporty. The high mounted large tail lamps at the rear side of the car seem unique. The neatly carved lines on its body gives classic look for the car. Overall it looks extraordinary.

The interior part of the car is well designed. It is designed in a way which suits for modern generation people. The broad dashboard with AC vents at both ends will dazzle customers. The tilt steering will make you delight.  It is a five seater which gives comfort for all even in the long trip. All occupants are secured by seat belts. It gives enough head and leg room for all the passengers. Carrying your valuables and belongings is easy with this car. It has several interior features like inbuilt audio system, curtain airbags, active headrests, seat belt reminders etc.

The company is planning to launch it in 3 models they are- Magna, Kappa and Asta in Domestic market. The expected price tag of Hyundai i30 falls at 6-8 with 12-15kpml (city-highway) in Domestic market.
