Although engine size and could become an alternative to the SEAT Exeo and the Skoda Octavia , has more to do with the Mazda3 Sedan Impreza Sport Sedan or considering aspects such as the level of comfort or the way for the Lancers unfold on different roads. It is well settled in some respects but clearly fails in others lacking in certain details that do have other similar priced models. There is a fine car.

Currently only available with a diesel engine DI-D 200 150 hp and 295 hp gasoline, which is the sports version "Evolution", another sport variant - "Ralliart"(240 hp) - which is not sold in the Spanish market.

The main difference between an engine and another, plus the power and the engine is the 150 hp has direct injection by common rail, while the 140 hp is pump-injector. The new Mitsubishi in origin, while the former was the Volkswagen Group, the benefits are similar, but not the consumer, the more powerful lower, between early 2008 and early 2010 there was another petrol version: 1.8 MIVEC CVT 6S-143 hp.

The gearbox is six-speed manual on the 200 DI-D versions of 150 hp and automatic six relations in the Lancer Evolution.

We could try version 2.0 DI-D Diesel 140 hp, withdrawal in summer 2011. It is very interesting for its good balance between performance and fuel. What we liked least Lancer variant of this is that, in general, is very noisy. At low speed, the source of this noise is the engine. If high-speed flows are a mixture of sounds of different origin, mainly engine and rolling, at least with alloy wheels 18'', which are what our unit had?

There is a single trim level ("Motion"), besides their own version of "Evolution". The Lancer Motion lLleva standard features such as seven airbags, one for the driver's knees-, stability control, alloy wheels 18'', climate control and stereo CD MP3 with Bluetooth for mobile phones, among other elements.

Ensure all risk a Lancer DI-D 200 150 hp for a 40-year driver license from 18 to 3 with no claims, you use the car every day, walk up to 30,000 km a year, park in a garage and is resident collective Zaragoza.
