When a person who doesn't have enough hours in each day finally gets handed a few extras, it's time to play catch up with them. What has been lolling on your "to do" list forever? Do you even remember how to balance your checkbook? Now's the time to find out and don't forget your calculator. How about those thank you notes from your wedding two years ago. Better late than never, use this time to write to friends and family to say thank you for the pots, pans, utensils, blenders, dishes and more that you received. Have your fingernails been looking downright scary? Now's the time to clip and file them into attractive ovals. Some other patrons may become grossed out with this personal hygiene task, however, so head out to the parking lot for this "catch up" grooming job.

Waiting around for brake repair to be performed can be like a gift that keeps on giving. Working out your body, mind and catching up on past due chores will make you feel like a million bucks.
