As a coach what do you envision for yourself?

I recently received personal coaching training from my mother in law and I know some of you may think of it as odd. I must say that I possess an uncommon relationship with her for she is different and I see her as a hero. She was given an award recently for her lifetime achievements in contributing to the lives of others. This was attended by about 500 people who gave her a standing ovation. Many coaches would love to be bestowed with the same award for she is one of those people who are highly qualified to offer personal coaching training.

As a coach what do you envision for yourself? Do you imagine yourself receiving an award for all the good that you have done for others and the inspiring speech you will give afterwards? Do you think of the huge crowd that will watch and listen to you and give you a standing ovation or the do you think of the people whom you have helped along the way? Those whose lives you have touched and made a difference in?

I admire the accomplishments my mother in law has made and I’ sure that others are too. She has received numerous awards for her selfless acts,A Personal Coaching Training lesson from a person you would least expect Articles for the time and resources that she has shared with others and the sacrifices she has made. She was not one to sit behind a desk thinking of ideas, but she was one who was always in the dugout ready to extend help to anyone who might need it. What made me admire her more was that these awards were nice for her, but not as important to her as her family was.

Personal coaching training is being committed to get results. This also involves taking action, standing out and making a contribution in the life of others. Personal coaching training shows you that wishing for greatness alone is hollow and empty. One must be able create a vision that touches others in a way that inspires them to take action. Helping your clients achieve their goals and getting a move on what their plans are is a great achievement in itself. The reward you receive is seeing that you have changed their lives forever and you have been instrumental in making a difference in their lives.  Selfless acts and the passion of helping other people is a great personal coaching training lesson. So if you want to become a personal coach, you must possess these qualities to be effective in what you do.
