Bradlee Pratt's History in Landcaping, Real Estate and Investing

Brad Pratt was born in Texas on the 18th of December, 1976. His father Glenn Pratt was a successful contractor and developer that helped form the work ethic and business sense in Brad. Brad acknowledged his father's influence by stating that “My father taught me at the age of 8 how important it was to work for the things I wanted. By the age of 12, I was on top of houses repairing roofs”.

Brad started his own profession doing landscaping in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the age of Eighteen. He hired a number of people and was tremendously victorious in getting money-making accounts. He then led his business to be one of the leading landscape companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

After gaining the necessary business skills in landscaping, Brad Pratt moved into the North Texas real estate scene. He went on to acquire over forty properties in the city including a prime real estate commercial building.

When the housing market bombed in 2007, Brad decided to present new things in his resume. He has develop into a very flourishing salesman. Going into different organizations and growing their sales by explaining the features and benefits of the organizations goods or services, answering client questions and pushing the worth of the merchandise.
