Second is efficiency, which defines how energy efficient a driver is. Both of them are the most important parameters. An LED driver with higher power factor and efficiency will be more reliable. Another parameter that should be considered is PWM frequency that determines whether the driver has flickering and buzzing noise when dimming. Generally, a high frequency can lead to noise without flickering, and a low frequency can result in flickering but no noise.
