There are some basics to technology when it comes to running a company or organization that includes computers and networks. Periodic Assessment

If your business tech support makes it through the probationary period and everyone seems happy, then after that you only need to assess the relationship every one or two years. The only exception to this would be if you or they experience any significant changes in the way you do business. Otherwise, schedule performance reviews where you and your IT support team can voice concerns, discuss any new issues, and assess how things are going.

When it comes to your business tech support, you'll do fine as long as you take the time to choose right and do your part to maintain a good working relationship. When you know that you are leaving your equipment and networks in good hands, you can concentrate on the task of running it.
