We are addicted to our phones and beliving everything lies inside it. So digitization and the paperless economy are meeting the increasing expectation of customers. It needs less human power and makes it frequent.

The word paperless sounds "Fascinating" & Digital revolution proving it with its constant revolution and advancements. We all know that India is a developing country. Still,Go Paperless! India Is Not Far Then You Think  Articles technology has changed everything, and it enables people to deliver service faster than ever at a lower cost, and it's less time-consuming. Digitize India is part of a digital India mission initiated in 2015. It's objective is to convert all paper-based documents into digital format. It includes data entry, scanning images. 

Now coming to the title that India is aiming to be a paperless country in upcoming years. Right now, if you ask anyone about a startup or want to make a career, the answer would be a Digital and Technology-driven aspect only. The paperless economy is not that much far as we all are mobile addicted and doing the majority of our transactions online, earlier we were used to doing it on paper. 

When Bill Gates visited India & he was curious to know about India Stack. India Stack is nothing but to create a paperless and cashless economy for the next generation. This is a digital platform and delivers E-services at home, and it focused on improving our regular lives. Earlier, there was a pile of records and documents at Government offices, but now Cloud technology replaces it and making each transaction very transparent. 

So let's talk about which systems and actions making India paperless. An assorted set of services such as Aadhaar authentication, Digilocker, E-Sign, e-KYC is being increasingly used by government, business, and entrepreneurs daily. 

 

Paperless Identification 

Aadhar-12 digit Unique number to the citizens to carry an Aadhaar Card with complete and updated information is helpful by all means. The update feature provided by the UIDAI portal is an excellent help for ordinary people as it reduces the stress of being in queue for hours restlessly. The portal provides detailed information about the process and requirements so that you can get prepared beforehand.

Aadhaar is the pure-play resident identification system. It means it focuses on one and only one purpose: to help the resident to identify and authenticate himself/ herself in their interactions with the government and other agencies.

Other identification means such as driving license or PAN CARD are given for specific purposes and also used as identification means.

Aadhaar empowers residents of India with a unique identity and a digital online and paperless platform to authenticate anytime anywhere. Now you don't need to carry diffrent types of proofs like bills, address verification, bank details, etc. your contact details and various records can be found through personal identification. 

 

Paperless Payments 

We should not forget that just before few years we used to stand in a queue to pay our electricity bills. & now we pay it via the application, which increases the demand for android app development company. The instant payment system is faster and secure, now no need to rely on ATMs. Often in metros, you have to queue up outside ATMs for a few thousand bucks. 

Remember, there is also a limit for cash withdrawal at ATMs.Digital payments are clean and traceable. Cash is a burden. There is no mean to track it. It adds value to our daily life, and you can track all your expenses. With net banking, you can fetch your statements online.

E-KYC

KYC refers to "Know Your Customer." It came into existence to avoid illegal and black money transactions. It is a simple process by which banks and well knows financial institutes obtain the information of their valued customer. This process ensures that details and identity are not misused anywhere; it is operated by banks at the time of opening a new account. 

It is a kind of formality that allows a bank/financial institution to identify and validate its customers. Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities are regarded as a useful tool to counter the menace of illegal activities such as money laundering. 

The KYC  process helps a great deal to prevent unholy practices in investments or banking transactions, and thus, they protect the concern financial institution from possible losses and frauds resulting from such illegal operations. It prevents unlawful transition, and any financial institute can trace records at any time. 

 

Digital Signature 

This would be the last mile to achieve that is Digital signature. This is also known as e-signature, and it replaces the regular name. It is a symbol of approval to the document signed by the signee and signer. The majority of IT companies finalize the deal or contract contains a digital signature. 

 

The Road Is Not Far As You Think 

The vision to create Digital and paperless India is not that much far, and it helps businesses to grow, generating employment as well. It has changed the overall scenario to do business, it replaces traditional sources, and now we can expand our business to any corner of the world just by sitting at home or in a cubical. 

Every sector of the Indian economy has grown as a result of Digital India. The paperless economy, as a result of Digital Media, will help protect trees as papers are made from the pulp of woods. Green Economy will find its place in modern digital India.

In a nutshell, to grow, to expand, and to cover unlimited market potential, we need to adopt new resources and methods. The primary object to make India digital and paperless is to minimize workload, and it enables faster and safe service for all, including remote areas, who do not have that much knowledge to access it.
