Is this something that's easy to achieve? There can be no doubt that they will take a lead from you. If you have a good plan in place and you're able to implement that plan, then things will remain positive. Don't forget, however, that the way in which you communicate your ideas will also be important. You need to make sure that people understand that everything is under control.

The same aspects are important when you come to consider customers. These people will have an interest in ensuring that service levels don't suffer. Your strategy should seek to protect them from the effects of the upheaval. Again, you'll want to be sure that they feel like they are in the loop.

Your success will depend upon having a plan, implementing the strategy and making it clear to interested parties what's going on. If you can handle all of these elements, then you really shouldn't face too many problems.
