Websites like Glassdoor and Quora are actively attracting current employees, ex-employees and even interviewees to post their reviews about the company they have been associated with for a longer or shorter period of time.

Most of the job seekers tend to visit these workplace review sites and make their decisions based on the kind of reviews. Negative reviews in most cases are more likely to deviate job seekers from applying in a company. So how can recruiters deal with negative reviews in order to not affect the job seekers?

  1. Try to collect as many reviews as possible
