When we have framing needs we usually go to a professional picture framers. But many of us are more ‘Do-It-Yourself’ers that like to work their hands. Now you might be a skilled machinist but it never hurts to learn the measuring nuances of framing. When you work with costly framing mats it is a great to know your measures and say you are framing memorabilia. You could do with knowing how to measure the dimensions.So let’s get started on the methods of measuring. Prints or PostersNearly all prints and posters these times will have the sweeping size of the paper printed on the packaging somewhere, which will be the bare overall size of the print or poster and handy if you wish to discern the full paper size, but several prints and posters will have a pale border heading adjacent to the outside edge of the main feature or the ordain of the designer printed underneath.
