Outsourcing is very much needed especially in
internet marketing. It gives business owners the service and the much needed
time that they need so that they can concentrate on what they are good at.
Offshore outsourcing
is especially beneficial. Who wouldn't want to pay a small percentage of the
wages that are being asked for by onshore employees? Most workers from offshore
locations will accept jobs for lower rates than an average onshore employee.
For example, you need to hire a web designer. In most countries, rates are on a
per hour basis. Onshore web designers can ask for $20 or up to $100 dollars an
hour depending on experience and expertise.

hour or depending on the amount that you agreed upon. It will certainly save
you a lot of money. These offshore contractors also offer the same quality of
work and most are also certified professionals. Your main concern would only be

Because of the popularity of offshore outsourcing, many onshore employees are concerned that
it would cause shortage of jobs. Plenty of jobs have already been lost due to
the sudden boom of outsourcing. There is no limit to the jobs that can be
outsourced as long as it can be done through the telephone or through the
internet. With the current economic crisis in different parts of the globe,
many careers are greatly affected. So is offshore outsourcing good or bad for
everyone? Does it mean less jobs for onshore employees?
There are certainly some drawbacks to offshore outsourcing but there are also a
lot of benefits. It is a fact that mostly simple or low-end jobs are commonly
offshored. Jobs that require direct or physical interaction are still being
kept onshore. It is also a fact that onshore employees are still needed to
manage offshore employees. It also cannot be denied that many businesses have
become successful because of offshore outsourcing. As these businesses gain
more money, they, in turn, invest in other businesses which produce more jobs
for people. In the end, the pros and cons of offshore outsourcing are still
debatable. Globalization however, is an undeniable fact especially for
businesses.
