Production process of the oil casing factory: In order to improve the quality of the oil pipe,Production Process of Oil Casing Pipe Articles the oil casing factory uses the imported technology, joint design and joint manufacturing equipment. In 1994, a set of Sino-US joint design of .180mm precision rolling was completed pipe unit. It adopts continuous casting round billet, heating in annular heating furnace, perforation of tapered roller punching machine, rolling of precision rolling mill, 12-frame three-roll micro-tension sizing machine sizing, cooling bed cooling, forming a set of the world without steel pipe short process production line.

Production process of casing pipe body of oil well pipe of oil casing factory:
1. Ingot heating → hydraulic punching → reheating → extension → cyclic rolling → reheating → sizing → cooling → straightening → pipe cutting → inspection
2. Ingot heating: .216mm cycle rolling mill unit uses a ring heating furnace, .318mm cycle rolling tube unit originally designed with two ring heating furnaces.
3. Water pressure punching: .216mm is punched with a 10kN hydraulic press, and .318mm is punched with an 18kN hydraulic press.
4. Extension: The oil casing factory uses a two-roller guide extension machine.
5. Reheating: using a disc type heating furnace, rolling is performed by a cycle rolling mill separately, and then heating is not used.
6. Sizing: Seamless Steel Tube Plant is a two-roller 5-frame sizing machine,etc.

The oil casing pipe tempering process is a heat treatment process in which the quenched workpiece is reheated to a suitable temperature lower than the lower critical temperature, and then cooled to room temperature in a medium such as air or water or oil after being kept for a while.

The purpose of tempering: (1) to eliminate the residual stress generated during quenching of the workpiece to prevent deformation and cracking; (2) to adjust the hardness, strength, ductility and toughness of the workpiece to meet the performance requirements; (3) to stabilize the structure and size, to ensure Accuracy; (4) Improve and improve processing performance.

Oil casing tempering category:
1. Low temperature tempering meaning: refers to the tempering of the workpiece at 150~250 °C.
Objective: To maintain the high hardness and wear resistance of the quenched workpiece and reduce the quench residual stress and brittleness. After tempering, tempered martensite is obtained, which refers to the structure obtained when the quenched martensite is tempered at low temperature.
Applications: cutting tools, measuring tools, molds, rolling bearings, carburizing and surface hardened parts.
2. the meaning of medium temperature tempering: refers to the tempering of the workpiece between 350 ~ 500 °C.
