However, the issue of employees coming in late, forgetting to punch in their attendance, spending more time in breaks comes into light and these issues takes away human resource disciplines. To counter these, salaries of employees wasting working hours is deducted often. This gives rise to unsatisfied employees looking for a change and they soon leave the organization. With this, many a time companies lose efficient performing employees as well.

A different approach is always available that can resolve this issues without much buzz. Flexi timings for employees that are often 15 to 30 minutes late may easily organize their timesheets. Providing better work place, organized management may help in making employees fell more responsible, and the output is in the form of less breaks.

There are many ways to get things done. It is all about the approach you have towards the output.
