Direct selling and Multi level marketing are often used as synonyms. They are however not one and the same thing. Further their products are also registered under important associations and institutions and have been proved helpful many times over. This company believes in hard work and team work. They encourage healthy internal competition and get their members to motivate each other for a three fold benefit. They have also managed to out source part of their human resource practices by encouraging their members to go out and find like minded people and recruit them into the company. Monetary compensation is justified at every level and further instills a drive to work harder in the members of this company. However, not all companies go to these many lengths to prove themselves or ensure their practices are legal. Many a times they don’t disclose all the information to the prospective members and as a result they scream foul. A company although to a certain level is responsible, cannot be held account to it’s Independent Representative’s misbehavior. If an unethical IR dupes people, you cannot put the entire blame on the company.Qnet India had to face a lot of false allegations that were spread by weak competitors and unsuccessful independent representatives. Most of these allegations lack substantial proof and backing. Despite the rumors doing the rounds on the World Wide Web, this branch of the Qnet group is doing exceedingly well. Qnet India has managed to prove that this company not only follows correct and legal methods of business but also sell high end quality products at affordable prices.
