While reading some online literature, I came across an interesting quote. It says, “The currency of real networking is not greed but generosity.” The thought expressed in the quote very much reflects QuestNet’s Vision and Guiding Values.

Over the years,QuestNet awarded with ‘Caring Company’ title three times in a row! Articles this multi-level marketing company has traversed an eventful journey and covered many milestones. They have marketed their lifestyle products to a large group of people across the globe. They have a strong consumer base of 6 million people, which is quite a number.

One of their achievements is being bestowed with the recognition of a ‘Caring Company’ for three years in a row! The title has been conferred on them by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. This award is granted to private companies operating in Hong Kong that demonstrate good corporate citizenship as exemplified by their continued efforts in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Companies that have been awarded this recognition are encouraged to use the “Caring Company” logo in their promotional activities to inform their customers and the public that they are good corporate citizens.

QuestNet was given this recognition as it fulfilled three important principles that make up a caring company. First on the list is “Caring for the Community” which entails good contribution in projects that deal with helping people from the marginalized sections of the society. It indicates volunteering and mentoring, too. Second is “Caring for the Employees” which means endowing facilities and resources that can aid in a consistent performance and strike a proper work-life balance. Last, but certainly not the least is “Caring for the Environment” which refers to collaborating with the necessary government departments and social service organizations. The objective is to focus on the environmental issues that are the need of the hour. They also have to ensure that various procedures should not affect the environment in a negative manner.

The network marketing company’s pulse lies in its foundation, RYTHM (Raise Yourself To Help Mankind). They have contributed to the well-being of the society in various ways. The network marketing company donated a 24-seater bus to a school for Children with Hearing Impairment; this is just one of the many good deeds that the company has done. It has transformed into a powerful platform that aids in the building of a relationship between corporate companies and social service organizations.  These kinds of recognitions encourage Corporate Social Responsibility.
