How matches are made is unique too, since it is highly unlikely that any one candidate for a job position will be the 100% perfect match to each and every criteria that the company is looking for. The company is allowed to put in a percentage point value. Basically once there is a match that is equal to or exceeding the percentage that the company would consider as a worth while match, the email is sent to you and you decide if you want to get in touch with them or not.

For those in the sales profession this is very much like qualified leads. You can consider the other job boards and the newspaper ads like a cold call that more often than not wastes your time while the  job search at T-Rex Jobs can be thought of as the qualified lead that increases your close ratio.
