There are many ways of making animated images for the Internet, but this simple tool is just 2344 bytes.

That means that it can easily be carried on a floppy disk, and takes up little space.

The marble bust that you will see is Dr. Thomas Addison in 1852, coloured to look natural and "resurrected" by means of the ANIMATE program.

The tool works well on all varieties of IBM command line, except XP - where it sometimes suddenly refuses to accept more images.

There is a ZIP file of about 300 kilobytes, which contains the 2344 byte programFeature Articles, the instructions and a floppy-disk label image.

IT IS FREE.
