Did your boyfriend break up with you recently?  If so,3 Tips To Help You Survive Your Boyfriend Break Up Articles you’re probably going through a lot of emotional turmoil right now.  You’re probably hurting pretty badly and want to know why you had a boyfriend break up.

But just because you had a boyfriend break up doesn’t mean you should start spending a lot of time looking into yourself.  The truth of the matter is that, while this is a great time to re-evaluate where you are in life, chances are he has some issues of his own.

If you’re going to spend time trying to get your ex boyfriend back, there a few things you need to know.

  1. Don’t pepper him with text messages, Facebook jabs, phone calls, or tweets.  You’re going through a boyfriend break up, remember?  That means you have limited access to him, and pestering him will just annoy him, not win him back.
  2. It might be okay to flirt with other guys when he’s around.  This will bring out the jealousy factor.  But realize he might do the same to you and flirt with your girlfriends, which will make your flirtatious moves backfire during the boyfriend break up period.
  3. When you do decide to get back together for a sort of “trial date,” don’t be moody.  Be the cheerful, friendly, chipper girl he fell in love with the first time around.  And make sure you don’t put the pressure on him to get back together too soon after the boyfriend break up.  This can push him over the edge the other direction, and your chances of getting back together will be gone forever.

But, if you get this gut feeling that the boyfriend break up might be coming at the right time, listen to yourself.  It may be time to start moving on.

One of the best things I’ve found to do after a boyfriend break upis to sit down with a pen (not pencil) and paper and write out a long letter, from the bottom of your heart.  Go ahead and rip him open.  Call him names, and tell him how much you hate him for breaking up with you.  Maybe throw in some stuff about all the good times you’ve had.

But when you’re finished writing the letter, don’t send it to him!  Get out a candle or a lighter and burn it.  This way, you’ll have vented everything in your heart, and now it’s out, and you haven’t hurt anyone while doing it.

Your next strategy is called the property exchange.  You know that favorite Green Day shirt of his that he gave you to sleep in?  Give it back to him.  If you still have his razors and such sitting around your house, just pitch them.  If he gave you gifts, put them away in storage, at least for now.  If his emails and texts are still on your computer or your phone, either delete them or put them in a separate file you don’t access until your boyfriend break up is over.  Don’t keep anything around the house that will remind you of him.  Just be cautious burning pictures that you think you’ll want later.

After that little property exchange is all done, agree to not contact or communicate with each other in any way for at least 30 days.  Separation anxiety might kick in at first, but you both need some space to breathe during the boyfriend break up.

But just because you’re going through a boyfriend break up doesn’t mean your chances of getting your boyfriend back are gone.  If you’re thoroughly convinced that winning him back is the right thing to do for both of you, by all means, go for it.

If you have true love, it will outlast the boyfriend break up.  If you want to find even more help on your boyfriend break up, I've found that http://www.relationshipadvicehelp.com can really help you get your boyfriend back.
