You need to resist texting her. If she is texting you, tell her the same as above, you're happy to hear from her, but you need to take a little time for yourself.

Be careful if your ex is coming around and calling that you don't get all excited and go see them. Talk to them nicely and say it's great to hear from you and ask them to call in a few days or a week to talk more. A statement like that will have more impact, because they will be thinking about you the whole time.
