Astral Projection Frequencies

Astral projection does not require special talents or skills.

Astral projection was once a well kept secret of the ruling elite in ancient Egypt. Today, astral travel is no longer an exclusive experience. Any person can do astral projection. It does not require any special skills or talents. In fact, in the opinion of many who have studied in depth, astral projection, we are all born with the ability to astral travel. Unfortunately, this capacity is lost as we age. With astral projection frequencies, leaving the physical body and the projection of oneself into the astral plane has become much easier.

Astral projection frequencies and brainwave technology

Studies in brain-wave technology have shown that astral projection reaches after passing through various frequencies:

Gamma (38-90 Hz) - This is the awareness stage loud and clear perception.

Beta (12-38 Hz) - This is when the mind is in a state of resolution of problem.

Alpha (8-12 Hz) - Brain waves are slower and the mind is more relaxed.

Theta (4-8 Hz) - This is the stage of deep relaxation and meditation, when the astral projection or out of body experiences happen.

Delta (0.5-4 Hz) - This is the stage of slow brain activity, when one is in deep sleep.

Lambda / Epsilon ( 100 Hz) – multi-dimensional awareness and mystical consciousness.

The studies and experiments have indicated that astral projection can be achieved through the combination of these brain wave frequencies. Today, audio recordings and pulse rates allow anyone to reach these frequencies with ease, as soon as 20 minutes.

Audio and astral projection frequencies

Some audio recordings are said to help the transition from brain to frequencies that are good for astral projection:

·        Binaural beats - It creates two separate frequencies are introduced to each ear separately. This causes the brain to produce a third tone which is the difference between the two, leading to tune the frequency the human ear does not normally can collect. Binaural beats numerous studies have indicated that a combination of alpha and theta frequencies help make the change of consciousness much easier for anyone who wants to practice astral projection.

·        Monaural beats - Two tones of equal intensity are used in this recording by clicking on specific patterns and results in a sound that is crisp and clear. The brain finds it easier to get into the rhythm of monaural beats, and must not balance the tone.

·        Isochronal tones - is said to be the most effective type of brainwave entertainment, isochronic tones using the same intensity at a faster pulse rate, allowing the brain to synchronize with the beat. In a study in 1999, found that college students who listened to the isochronic tones of this increased their average brain stimulation.

There are many audio recordings available on the Internet that claim to help any person achieve astral projection frequencies. Some claims can be dubious, while others may be true. If you have any questions about the effectiveness of these recordingsFeature Articles, nothing is lost with seek advice from others who have tried these or ask for a test run (some sites offer them). You do not want to spend money on something that later is found to be false or untrue.
